The Featured “Breaking Average” Life
Every month I will be featuring someone who is living a breaking average life and showing us an example of what it looks like to go after their dreams.
Oohhh my goodness, friends, November is here and I am super excited to introduce you to this month’s beautiful example. This family shows us that we have the ability to change the world!
Inside of You Are Blueprints to Change the World
Did you know that inside of you right now are blueprints to improve the lives of those around you. You can keep them locked up inside or you can nurture and refine your talents and ideas to impact the world for the better.
We have the ability to take our dreams and make the world a better place. Maybe it’s an idea to show a simple act of kindness with someone who is hurting; maybe it is a piece of technology that will improve health care, a work of art that will add beauty, or a video that will entertain and make people laugh. Like Marie Forleo always says, “The world needs that special gift that only you have.”
Meet a Family That is Changing the World With Their Coffee Co.
Let me show you an example of this principle in action. Meet this amazing family who has a dream to impact Uganda with their coffee company. They are part of our dreamer tribe and are without a doubt living a breaking average life!
In 2009 Justin and Katie adopted their son Arnold from Uganda. Through a series of events and a desire to make a difference they started a coffee company with the purpose of giving back one dollar for each pound of coffee they sell. They import Ugandan grown coffee beans to central Pennsylvania then roast them to perfection to make the most delicious cup of coffee! Their goal is to be able to help support their Ugandan pastor friends in their ministries and the various things they are doing to spread hope and the gospel in Uganda.
Watch this amazing video to hear Justin and Katie tell you their journey and their hopes for the future.

How To Make A Purchase
Visit their website East Africa Coffee Co. to view their line of coffee, choose your favorite roast and have it delivered right to your door. Don’t forget to grab an East African Coffee Company mug while you are at it (you’re gonna need something to drink this awesome cup of coffee out of, right?). There are even T-shirts to purchase to strut your support.
If you know me, you know I like coffee, and not just any coffee, but gooood coffee. My personal choice is the Ugandan medium roast…absolutely DELICIOUS, people!
Fall is here and what is better than snuggling up on the couch with a warm cup of coffee! Not to mention, the holidays are right around the corner and guests will be coming over and you can’t serve dessert without coffee. So get stocked up. I happen to know, this coffee makes great gifts too 😉 and every purchase supports an amazing cause!
Check it out: For my Central PA friends, you can buy East Africa Coffee co. coffee at the Lewisburg Farmers Market on Wednesdays or at Threading Love in downtown Lewisburg during store hours.
